Basic Rental Rates
All rental rates include all taxes.
February – March 11, 2024:
- Per Night: $350/ night (3 night minimum) + $150/stay cleaning fee
- Weekly: $1,975/ week (Cleaning fee is included)
- Weekend Special: Fri-Mon – $1000 (cleaning included)
- Weekday Special: Mon-Fri – $1000 (cleaning included)
March 12 – April 30:
- Per Night: $495/ night (3 night minimum) + $150/stay cleaning fee
- Weekly: $2,850/ week (Cleaning fee is included)
- Two weeks surrounding Easter – $3,450/week(includes cleaning fee) or $550/night+$150/stay cleaning fee
- Weekend Special: Fri-Mon – $1500 (cleaning included) * Holiday weekends may be higher
- Weekday Special: Mon-Fri – $1500 (cleaning included)
May:
- Per Night: $550/ night (3 night minimum) + $150/stay cleaning fee
- Weekly: $3,250/ week (Cleaning fee is included)
- Weekend Special: Fri-Mon – $ 1700 (cleaning included) * Holiday weekends may be higher

June, July, August, September (until Labor Day):
